I have a 2000xl and I use sandisc 512mb cf cards wiff no trouble.
Don't know about the other mpc-s.

yes , yes and yes. If you were wondering whether you can swap data between these 3 models then I advice you to check the compatibility list on the akai website.

If you format the cards fat16, wav files, I'd say yes for transfer between all of them.
