i would say more like 1 and 11 but man i couldnt tell you how to pan your drums. how do i know what they sound like? i pan depending on the track....some things sound good panned harder left/right, some dont...

Pan them until you are satisfied with the results it's as simple as that,

why stereo drums?? A drummer doesn't drum in stereo now does he?
