Card Readers in the UK?

I've looked everywhere online and at every computer shop off Tottenham Ct Rd in Central London. Nothing. The only IDE/ATAPI card readers need USB to operate (Maplins have them). Anyone know where I can get one in the UK? Otherwise I'll have to buy it from the US but the shipping is hefty!

digital era sell them online for about £20 quid. or try cimple spares (official akai service centre)

cimple have the iisma one - which i know works, but they want £46+VAT and shipping on top of that! which is more than if I got it sent over from Germany.

Do you mean the card reader from digital era (for 20 pounds) or the more expensive one that beatz mensioned??

By the way - how good does it work? I mean - is it fast enough?

So I finally installed the card reader
Bought it in the Digital Era shop.

Thanks a lot maxlifo,it was a very good decision to switch from the floppies!

For anyone who can be interested in details used to install the reader in mpc 2000 xl (one more satisfied user ) :

Before switching from the floppy drive - I made upgrade of the OS to the 1.14 version (as Lampdog sad )
The jumper setting - I left it as it was (default) when the reader arrived,so it is closer to the power cable.
I tried using both: the card reader and my external 100 MB Iomega zip drive,to copy the stuff (programs,sequences and sounds) to the memory card.The termination of the zip drive was ON and the SCSI number was 5 (don't know if this has any meaning,just giving all the details ).It works perfect ! No problem in copying everything.
