Tracking MPC2000xl with Logic Express. Need Help

Fairly new to Logic Express and need some help with tracking beats from 2000xl to Logic Express. I have my MPC midi in and midi out going to Fast Track Pro midi out and midi in. Two stereo outs of MPC going to fast tracks stereo ins and then connected to my MAC through USB. I want the MPC to be the slave and Logic to be the master. I just need to know what to set the MPC midi/snyc setting at and how to set logic Express up for midi.
