repair shop?

Does anybody know of an akai repair shop is San Diego california. my trim mode isn't even working when i push shift plus trim or even my f4 button.

Before you send it in, are you sure it's not anything you can fix yourself? Did you try taking off the cover to see what it could possibly be? I don't know of any local shops that you're looking for, you might have to contact Akai and ask for an authorized list. Otherwise, you can send it in.

open up ur mpc... then try to find the probolem urself first.. look if the button is still proper connected.

That could save u mad dough...

Are the buttons supposed to come up?all the buttons are kinda loose from the board even those f4 is the only one not working.
