how to modify s2000 8 outs to work in MPC2000

the S2000 8 outs board looks the same as the MPC2000 8 outs except that the mounting bracket is different.

i read that you can modify this s2000 8 output board to work in an MPC2000--anybody done this or know how it is done? is it just a matter of sawing the mounting bracket to fit, or is there some kind of electronic modification that needs to be done?

from what i've heard u need to get sumthin off off the mpc. (just a small thing, don't know exactly what).

Just open up ur mpc, try to fit the card in. Look why it doesn't fit and adjust that. simple... alotta guys on the dutch synth forum did this.

Some people don't even have the gear, they are just wondering and then when you tell them they still can't get their head around it cause the don't ahve the gear to try it out.

Some people are paranoid with the gear sitting right in front of them and don't wanna mess it up.

Some people have no trust in themselves and/or the mpc to open it up.

Some people think it's hard to do and don't know.
