tap tempo

Tap tempo,note variation..i never learned to use em.i dont know what it is. i tried to learn on the manual but i dont understand it. i acctualy wanna know what the tap tempo does! sounds like something i could use.could somebody explane it?

hold note tempo and hit a pad, real simple.

What does it do?

If you're in the 'main' screen (with the sequencer stopped- not playing), you can tap the [Tap Tempo] button at the speed that you want your beat, and it will automatically adjust the 'tempo' setting to the speed/tempo you're tapping.

It also doubles as the [Note Repeat] button. While your sequence is playing, hold down the [Note Repeat] button, and also press and hold a pad with a sample on it. It will trigger the sample at whatever speed you have your "timing"/quantize setting set to.
Now set the timing to 1/32 and make a bunch of dirty south beats.
