Insert mpc 2000xl disk

Help, I was workinf on some heat yesterday, then all of a sudden the MP freezes. I shut it off and turn it back on but it doesnt boot up, I get the message to insert 2000XL disk.

MY mpc has the internal Zip, how can I get this back in order?

Try installing an OS again. Download it below and unzip it.

If you've taken the zip out that contains the o.s. when you power up it can't find it.Put the disk back in with the o.s. on it remember a zip is not the same as flash rom.
