The digital in/out has a hole under it. What's it for?

Located under the digital in and out on the rear of the MPC2000XL, there is a little hole. What is that for?

Must be missing the screw. Can u see to the inside of the mpc? If so then a screw is missing. Thats all i can think of off top right now.
