Forgive me for such amateur questions, but I tend never use timing for my drums, but I'm experimenting here after reading another post.
1. When applying timing correct, if I increase the swing from 50% to 60% but leave the amount field at '0", is swing still applied? Or is the shift timing exclusive of the swing?
2. I'm sure this has been asked a milliong times over, but just to confirm, once I implement timing correct on a particular pad, if I start recording a new track, those settings would have no effect on the new track, correct. I'm thinking most likely not, since you do have to process the timing correct by selecting "do it", but I'd just like to be sure.
Thanks.
