e) there is no disk in the drive or the disk is broken
f) it is no scsi drive
g) it is but it has the wrong scsi id
h) scsi termination is turned off but it is the only drive connected to the MPC.
i) scsi termination is turned on but it is not the last device in the chain connected to the MPC
j) the scsi cable is broken
k) the scsi fuse in your mpc is blown

or a combination of some of the aforementioned possibilities. A little more info would be greatly appreciated and please turn off the caps lock while typing, it looks as if your shouting.

My MPC is having an issue where it can find the Zip Drive (or the Jaz Drive) but when I put the disc in, it can not find the disc. So it looks like my fuse it working, but something is wrong with over 5 disc. I can not find any disc to work on it. ANd I have have used 2 Zip Drives and 1 Jaz Drive. Both do the same thing.

4) There's a sandwich/pack of cigarettes/smaill child stuck in the drive.
