New mixer to the setup.. Need some advice..

Gonna cop a new mixer pretty soon to my setup so i need some advice on what to cop?

My setup contains of:

Mpc2000XL & 60
Tapco s8
Proteus 2000
Juno 106
Technics 1200
Vinyl &
Macbook Pro

Been looking on a couple of Mackie boards, i heard those are great but what do i know??

What do you guys think? What are you guys using? And how do you record your beats?

Best thing to do is get some information on mixers and how they work in a studio. Read the articles below then go from there.
