duration shortened when saving-BUG?

Hey yall.
Im using an old beat up 2000 wich i dearly love.However sometimes when saving and loading .mid from ext Hd the duration of SOME sounds(when triggering my other modules )have been changed to a different value usually around 34 .This is getting annoying.
Is this a common problem?Any ideas about workarounds?
Besides does anyone know why the seq looping gets all whacked when sending midiclock and recording?

The loading speed depend on how fragmented is the file on the disk.
A way to speed up your disk is to defragment it with a proper soft.
