Either will work, I've got myself a Karma and am thinking of getting a nice small desktop USB or just MIDI keyboard controller because it'd be more handy. My Karma has to sit beside the desk here and I figure in the future I'll mostly use it for creating loops to sample and synthesizing sounds to sample. If you figure you'll be using that workstation real hard you may be better off just using the workstation. My more poppy ish comes off just the Karma. So does a bit of my club sounding stuff. If I had a stand that held both MPC and Karma that might see them working in tandem more. Anybody know a good stand for this?

Having a little tabletop unit would let me sit here and jam away at soft synths and pop out tracks real quick. I've already been getting a kick out of programming Reason joints with MPC, but would like a keyboard to lay out melodies. (its a bit of a pain without remapping all the MPC pads and I don't feel like doing that)
