CORRUPTED DISK IS THERE A COVER UP???

Got a big f**kin prob guys just saved a midi file and my disk got corrupted i have no back up of the disk, I just made 3 tracks and I want to recover them is there a solution??? PLEASE HELP I GOT A LIVE SET IN 3 WEEKS

is this a floppy disk or zip disk?

AFAIK MPC3000 and MPC3000Le the members not the machines can do disk recovery but it's a paying service.

zip disk mate, just saved a midi file from a sequence on the zip disk and got corrupted the strange thing is that it that it copied all the files of the other zip disk which the 2 midi files were on, but they are corrupted im wrong file format its sayin going to my cousin maybe he work it out for me
