scsi cd-rom

i just bought a exturnal cd-rom scsi for my mpc2000xl, is it true that ican not save data in this way?

nope. You can only read the data off the cd. Only the newer 2500 and 4000 carn burn data onto the cds

just think about it..... did you buy a cd burner or a cd rom drive... does the cd rom in ur pc burn ? ? proly not....theres a couple other doods here wondering this and hope they read this....
