I have Reason 3.0 and an axiom25......the axiom midi out is going to my mpc midi in 1............the mpc midi out A..is going to my Lexicon Lambda interface's midi in....The Lambda is USB'd to my laptop as well as the Axiom
This is the exact same hook up a friend of mine has except he uses the 1000 not the 2000xl (by the way my mpc is very basic, no effects no 8 outs, and a floppy, i do have a 250 zip external)
Now, My friend is able to set his mp to midi, hit record/play...hit a couple of keys on his keyboard......and VOILA!!! it plays back once it goes to ovedub after the bars loop. When I try to do the same thing....I get no play back....what the hell am i doing wrong?
