sounds disappear when sync´ed to my DAW and I hit play or some other functions on the DAW (Harddiscrecorder, Akai DPS24) I sync via MTC and MMC is on too. The DPS24 is master.
The sounds are still loaded in the mpc, but the it doesn´t output anything from the stereo outs (or headphones)
That´s strange isn´t it??

You left out an important bit: Does the MPC sequencer start?

yes, its running and everything look normal exept that´s there is no sound to heard (Thanks for quick reply)

More of a Studio Environment thread.

Once it fails, try playing the MPC by itself, unsync'd to see if it still occurs.

Also, try it with the MPC as Master MTC and the DPS as slave.

Be sure to check the output levels. It is possible to change volume on the MPC remotely by midi sysex. It would be a very long stretch to think that the DPS could be sending that particular string, but may be worth a check.
