file type ????????

I have just installed the cf reader and all went good.
The device that was FLOPPY now says ATAPI but when I put a
cf card in the reader an try to load it shows 7 question marks next to
TYPE of file on mpc screen.
I am using a DELKIN cf card from guitar center 128mb. I formatted the disk on my pc using fat16 or just fat and it still won't work
I tried other types of media with the same results.

Anyone, please rescue me from this nightmare !!!!!

Just tried a kodak cf card and it is the same results. I don't think it's the cards.?

I must have had a loose connection or something because I went back through the procedures I took to install the reader, checking every connection twice. I put her back together and VIOLA
I could see the folder I created with my pc, and I'll tell ya SCSI zips and harddrives are LOUD as hell.......I'm so glad I did this.

It's so easy ANYone can install a card reader in an mpc 2000xl.
