JJ O.S. for 2000XL?

Does anyone think it will happen? Does anybody know of any non Akai O.S. ?
I know people petitioned Roger Linn to hack the O.S. but he wouldn't since he had severed all ties with Akai. To anyone out there I say, "If you build it, they will come.". Waiting with $$$ in hand.

i second that motion.... but what exactly is th jj os..... what will it include...im always open for sum new shlt...

I doubt this would happen as JJ had access to the source for the 1000 operating system and thats the reason he was able to create a new OS for it. Its been discussed before and there is no access to the source for the 2000XL's OS and i doubt people are willing to try to hack it as it is a very long process to do something like this and the 2000xl is one of the older MPC's. Dont get me wrong i love my 2000xl with my life but i doubt people would spend the time to create a new OS when most of the features they would try to implement are already available with the other MPC models.
