check it, i was just robbed for my 2000, my roland keys, and pc. i'm ready to start buying to rebuild but the pocket is lite. do u suggest i save up for the 4000 , get a 2000xl use with my s3000 or the 1000 and a bunch of syth mods. help me make this decision please i'm going crazy. the 2000 was my first and only one.

I guess that you had a bunch of beats to that you lay`d down time and effort on... this world is crazy I don`t know about you but theres alot feelings involved when I make beats.. for me making beats is life. and as important as having sex, eating , sleeping.. as important as shitting!

Hey: what you need depends on what you did before the tragedy. OR, what DIDN"T you like about the way you were working. I mean, turn the ish into an opportunity. Obviously, you know what you are doing, cus you have an s3000. I feel since you got that, you don't need a mpc4000. You could get a good used mpc2000, use it with the 3000, and cop a cheap fast pc, even no-name, and a bunch of soft synths (cheap or 'free'). OR, take the dough you were gonna use, combine it with money you can get for your 3000, and go get the mpc4000. The fact that you are still hungry, and didn't decide to stop, join the joneses, and go buy a giant TV instead, shows determination.
