yea i know...get a card reader...but im trying to flip my 2000xl, the zip drive went out so i want to put this in and sell it and get an mpc 3000 will this internal zip drive work?

yes if it's not faulty but once again you have more chance to sell and 2kxl with a builtin card reader. The cardreader gets installed as easily as the zip drive, it's just a matter of swapping your dead zip drive with the cf reader.
