Getting sounds from my computers zip drive to my 2000xls...

I put some drum sounds on a zip disk on my computer and when i tried to load these sounds on my MPC it wouldnt recognise what was on the disk.

Surely there must be a way for me to get sounds from my computer to my MPC on the disk. Any tips?

Have you tried the other way? From mpc to computer?

The mpc won't read all types of wav's, basically they need to be windows pcm... It's been a while since I looked into this, correct me if I'm wrong.

Try formatting the disk with one partition only - you are using PC right? Sometimes PC's can get confused by partitioning.

When you say the mpc won't recognise what's on the disk, do you mean it comes up with the unrecognised format thing - lots of question marks, or does it not read the disk at all?
