DOES THE 2000,2000XL HAS RECORDABLE TRACK MUTE

dude I really don't think so , but you can arrange certain seq's to have the mute movements in song mode to have stuff come in and out. the mixer movement may be recorded as well. I don't get that deep with those features on the mpc, I just use it to sample and preproduce with midi thanI dump into protools.
so can someone else confirm or cosign that what I said was true?

That is true^^ :)

Don't know about 2000 but 2kxl doesn't have recordable track muting.Use the sequences and song mode as DJIO said.

You can set the MPC to record mixer movements. Shift+OTHER, USER.
