i need a startup disk

anybody kno where i can download the os disk for the mpc 2000?

I tried dl from a link where I can get the operating system for the akai 2000 but the unit still reads Disk Read Error and will not allow me to start up. Does anybody have any ideas as to why this happens? What should I do?
