You can load as many programs as your memory will allow, you will have to change them from Drum 1, 2, 3, etc, like you could use a PGM called WET and a PGM called Butter on any Drum track and load more than 4 PGMS, but you can only playback 4 at a time. I think you are trying to use more than 4 programs, I don't think there is a way and the only machine that I THINK can do this is the 1k, maybe someone else can help.

Are you using all 64 pads in the 4 programs assigned to drum1-4? If not begin there first. Customize a program of hot sounds across all 4 banks over each of the 4 program banks. And to save this unique set up or combination save as all pgms. that way when ever you want to rework something that you recorded using that setup it's a piece of cake.
