Hi there, new forum member, old lurker/mpc user.
I recently decided to try the card reader upgrade and scored a 6 slot internal SCSI 2 card reader... This one to be exact:

SCM Micro is Intermart, which midicase says works as an internal card reader here:

I've got the drive in, and receiving power. When I put a card in, it is recognized as a PCCARD media type. When I try to format or save samples to the card, I receive the message "SCSI Device Not Ready"
Right now I am on channel 1 and will try others, but I'm wondering if this could be a blown internal terminator?
My scsi cable has an open slot but my understanding is that internal scsi cables do not require termination.
Lastly, I am running 1.14, and have heard 1.2 may cause scsi issues, so I am hesitant to upgrade.
I've tried the following cards:
Lexar 1gb CF
2GB xD
16MB SD
Any help is appreciated. Right now the only thing I can think of is trying different scsi ID's, I do not have scsi on any computers to test the drive solo, nor other scsi devices to test the mpc.
