Heres the deal I got a flute that is really long to begin with right? Well when I go to programs then to Drum 1 then to 3 new program and then I go to params and make the attack and decay and 25 each so its a quick up and down and I set the overlap to note off. Then I go to auto and send it to my keyboard original key is c02. Everything is fine but then when I go back to my song all I hear is a bunch of diffrent flutes. and I cant get my main beat back on sequence one. The main thing Im trying to accomplish here is make the edited flute and play along with my first sequence. Does anyone have any advice?

Sounds like your NEW flute program is playing on an old program track. You've got your drums mixed up. When you make a new program that NEW programs takes control of drum 1, you need to MANUALLY move it to another drum and place whatever was in drum1 BACK into drum 1.

I said, when u make a new program it automatically places itself in drum1.

So move it somewhere else.

Whatever program that got moved, put it back to drum 1.

You did nothing wrong I'm guessing, you are just not understanding "the force" Luke (the quirky ways of the mpc to be exact).
