Someone mention a Domino of the hierogliphics and is that Kut Master Kurt one still knocking about... I need to get to grips with the basics of beat making!!

There's nothing for free (that's any good) - I've seen a couple of video clips and they are all pretty poor if you ask me - the MPC isn't really something you can show that well in a video tutorial IMO (otherwise I would have made one)
I've never seen these Sampleking ones so I won't recommend them blindly. If they were clever they'd send me a copy and I'd review it on the site ...
I'll be releasing my Ebook at the end of the month that will explain nearly everything you need to know about the MPC in easy, step-by-step tutorials with audio examples - it won't be free though - quality costs

I've seen the first and second one, and they seem pretty good for basic ideas, although it doesn't go into detail about the technical side of things, and it's not for the MPC.
For the first video, don't let the opening frivolities put you off watching the rest!
