Pitch in my mpc2000 dosen't work :(

I have a problem, pitch(note variation) in my mpc 2000 dosen't work.
Maybe some one had similar experience? Do you think that I have to replace it ?

so when

look in there n read ur question

if not press shift n vari fader button same time then select the parameters u want to change too

or Go to the programm menu n change the pitch parameter for each sound

Yes I ve got a manual and I know that I can change parameters in diferent way.
I m afraid that I have to go to service. I hope that it is easy to repeair. Thanks anyway !!!
