Mac users-Zip question

For: Anybody who save samples from their Mac onto Zips they load onto an MPC:

1.Are you limited to 240 samples per disk regardles of free MB?

2.I am, what the hell am I doing wrong?

I have an MPC 2000, and can't use anything but the root directory of the zip disk. I'm limiting my file length to eight characters, and it keeps telling me the directory is full even though I have 190 MB left.

Do a quick search on zips my man...Im sure this or something very similar came up recently!

Think its got something to do with the partitioning of the disk.
