Flash-Card Reader & 8-Outs

Hi Guys,

got one little question:
i added a flash-card-reader (6in1 IDE) to my MPC quite a while ago. as i remember, it uses the IDE-ibbon-cable-slot instead of the Floppy-Cable-Slot. Now i´m planing to buy a 8-Out Board - and as i saw on ebay the 8-Out-Board also uses a Ribbon Cable. Are these the same ones?? do I get in conflict with my Flash-Card-Reader, or can I use both together in my 2k XL? I don´t want to loose the Card-Reader...

Can't be the same ones. They serve two distinctly different purposes/functions.

Youll be ok...Ive got both and they dont interfere with each other.
