Midi Controller?

Werid Question? Is it possable to use the MPC as a midi controller for a DAW Program? I just would like 2 know this as i may need a temp solution to be able to trigger sounds on my DAW plugins...

MPC surely can be used to trigger sounds in plugins, software programs.

i obviously have the 2000xl due to the cat were in, but how do i do this?

MPC:: Midi Out >>>> PC :: MIDI IN?

and any settings i would have to do?

is there a mode i have to go into on th mpc? coz i tryed the midi out > in and i hit the pads and nufin works

Shift+MIDI sync
Recieve:OFF
Send:ON

I think... never tried it though.
