Whats the Difference between the "MCD" and regular 2000XL?

Well guys, the subject pretty much covers it. Could someone please tell me that the major differences are between a "regular" MPC2000XL and the XL-MCD? Which is the better option for a newbie? Thank you!

its the same thing but comes stock with a memory card reader insted of floppy drive. Its been covered a whole bunch of times in the 2000, 2000xl forums.
