Pitching/tuning & recording

Hola my comradz. First topic and message to this forum.
I need help for tuning. I know how it happens but how can I record it. Example: I have basstune which goes C. to Tune it "shift + note variation". Then I choose this bass to get tuned, now I can pitch it by fader. SO... How can I record these tunings. if I change the tune all basses goes the same sound and I don't want that. Please help me. I wanna do my basses with 2000XL, nomore pc.
