a keyboard,an akai dps 12,and a mpc, how do i hook it all up

i'm very new to production and mpc's and needed help on hooking these up the right way so i can sample, hear, mix and record...well you know what i mean. can some one help. i would really apreciate it. thank you

ps: also i was thinking about getting protools cause of all the plugins i could use. if i got the protools, how else would i incorporate that into my current set up? and thanks again

to be more specific with the equipment i have:

keyboard: djx 2 (w/midi in and out)
mixer: akai dps 12 (digital mixer)
sampler: mpc2000

you can sequence the midi data (OUT)put of your keyboard into the (IN)put of the mpc, the dps can also controll the mpc or the mpc control it, youll have a few configs to find one that suits you.

dude you're asking how to set up all your gear and then talking about getting protools? one thing at a time, you're gonna have the fattest migraine ever trying to learn multiple pieces of gear at once. you should learn your mpc inside and out then incorporate the other sh*t.
