Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

hi i got a mpc 2000xl but it has a floppy dsk drive(suck)

but i heard you can put a memory card reader in it...

does anyone know where i can buy one for cheap!!!!

anyone actually bought one and installed themselves?

you can go to mpcstuff.com

its pretty expensive but at least you know its the right one and itll work

Yea, id go with a site thats reliable. It saves you time...which in turn can save money. Measure twice...cut once... sorta. lol

PS. THE FLOPPY DOES'NT SUCK. ... Your just not trying to do things in a certain way. ...

damn i want one too. my scsi harddrive jus crashed man. im so gutted. lost quite a few tracks and numerous smapling hours.

but i thought it was bound to happen. i usually just make a hardcopy to tape when i do a 'mixdown' to a mp3. which involves jack all.


im still using zip disks which are noisy as but theyre all good and definately versatile.

if only you could hook up a usb harddrive to the xl man. if only.
