help me please someone.....

okay well i finally go tmy 2kxl to work first off. i only have 16mb of ram in the thing until my other 16 shows up in the mail. um i have an external 100mb zip drive until i get the mcd. i formatted my first zip disc in the xl, no problem, second no problem, third well it says medium error. these are brand new discs.

okay so i put the others into my zip ont he pc to use mpc editor and the thing saves all the programs i make and all that . so i open the disc up and see how uch space is left, and it says it's only a 30mb disc? wtf? anyone know whats up, cuz these things are 30 bucks for three discs. and only two work so **** that. aight peace

wtf. all i need was an answer. i mean you all help out lil faggots with really idiotic questions and now i have a legit question. wtf. oh well i guess i will go spend and waste more money on 100mb zip discs that only hold 30 mbs of sounds. and before anyone chimes in. the drive is set to A-A on the mp. no partitions. so someone help please. aight

Maybe you have formatted the discs in 3 Partitions.

Partition A=33mb
Partition B=33mb
Partition C=33mb

And if you open Part. A you have only 33mb free space.

it happens. try another disc see if it works.

first off i never partittioned the discs. i formatted one in mpc editor and one int he mp itself. i saved some more shit ont he disc last night even though it said full, and it still worked. oh well. i guess that mcd is gonna have to be copped from vst next week or mpcstuff. either way zips suck ass bad. peace
