For some reason after making a beat i wanted to record my work onto Protools but my protools will not open? I tried uninstalling the PT and reinstall but still doesn't work. Anybody that uses Protools please help a ninja out, thanks

What is Pro Tools doing exactly when you try to load it? Mac or PC? Which version? Any error message? Which piece of hardware (002, Mbox, etc)?

I'm using a Macbook. Mbox2

i'm getting this error message: The application "Pro Tools" could not be launched because of a shared library error: "<Pro><Pro><DAE><FreeFic>"

Shared library error..... they suck.

Ok, start wit this: http://www.thexlab.com/faqs/sharedlibraryerrors.html

Read it all, but:

"Resolving shared library errors
As shared libraries are often fundamental components of the operating system, resolving a shared library error often requires reinstalling Mac OS X via the Archive and Install process."

And that sounds about right far as the shit I went through last time I had this creep up on me - I just said screw it and reloaded the OS.

If nothing else, that link I gave you explains how to interpret the error message itself.

You lucked out. Word. I should probably update Pro Tools myself, come to think. (heading over to Digidesign's site)
