SCSI Zip Drive not ejecting -- Any1 selling 100MB one?

The SCSI Zip Drive that is connected to my MPC 2000 is not ejecting. I'm not sure how long the zip disc has been in the drive because I wasn't even aware that I left one in there (I usually eject all discs when shutting the MPC off). I'm not sure if it's just the drive acting up or if my nephew lodged something in the drive while the zip disc was inside. He has done the same to internal floppy drive despite the fact I tell my family not to let him in my bedroom and mess with the MP. I don't have any money to replace/repair it I need to get the disc out and see if the drive is working.

Called Rogue's said it wasn't worth repairing I have to replace it. If anyone has an extra 100MB drive and is in the NYC area and is willing to sell at a good price PM me. Rogue's sells them for $79, even though the drive is worth it's weight in gold most times $79 is too much for my current financial situation.

Isn't there an emergency eject button on the unit?

mine did this a long time ago. needless to say, I was never able to use the drive again...

I found it and ejected the disc but things are moving in the drive that are not supposed to. There was a MetroCard lodged into it and the drive doesn't read and regularly eject. So I have to get a new one.

I know...I try to take all necessary measures so people won't come into my spot and mess with my shit. I don't let any smoke in my room, try to keep the dust level to minimal, etc. The one who really messes my shit up is my 3 year old nephew. He comes in when I'm not here and when no one is really watching him and sticks things like paper he found around the house into the drives. He also likes to pull wires and stuff. I had a keyboard and a drum controller connected to my pc when I was using reason primarily and I went out for an hour or two came back and the drum pad USB port was jacked up since he yanked it off the cable. He alone has caused $500 in damages. I need to invest in a lock.
