Max osx MPC programs?

Is there any Mac osx software that lets you create MPC2000Xl programs and send them to the MPC already mapped out?

I think there is someone gave me a link to a site for a program maker but i can't find the link. I wanted to d/l it but was for a mac and i have a pc so i never got it.
