Do you have the MPC set on LOOP(in the track screen). Set it to ON. Select the number of bars you want it to loop and set your tempo accordingly. All you gotta do is press record+play and it will loop back on its on.

thanks now i understand,i tried to loop,but i thought it was easier to chop,

actually you need to hulahoop while pressing loop down and motion your body with the beat.
