Aww.. from the looks of it he is in the Track mute screen. U can only access that screen while the sequencer is stopped or playing. Its not accessible while recording. Go to the where it says Track:On or Off(depends on what u have it set as) and hit Open Window. Bam u r there. I use that screen alot to help arrange my tracks.
