The only problem I've heard of peeps don't know how to assign the effects properly and they never actually hear them.. Go to, MIXER, then FX SEND. Choose R1 or R2 or M1 or M2 and turn the FX volume up for that pad and you should hear it. Go into FX EDIT and edit effects there, they are VERY customizable.. Have fun..

While you're in FX edit -- edit: Multi FX1 or 2.......
Highlight ECHO or DIST and press ON/OFF so that the effect moves up the screen into the effects chain.
That could be your problem.

Payless,
U say you have the channels up in the effects send, but have you selected M1, M2 etc. above the channel strip?
In terms of Tutorials, get ready to bag the eBook when it drops
