Program folders

Is it possible to unload a program once you've loaded it?..now here's the problem I'm having....lets say you load 3 programs all in DRUM 1, DRUM 2, DRUM 3....etc. and you want to get rid of DRUM 3 is it possible to erase DRUM 3 without erasing DRUM 1 and DRUM 2 ?

Sure just erase Drum3

Well I looked at manual and it doesn't give any details maybe you can give me some details on how it's done........thanks
