I've had it for at least a few months now, but I don't remember that the version I downloaded was limited. It just expired (wouldn't save programs it created I think) after 30 days if I remember correctly.
How long has it been since you contacted them? I got a response with an activation code in only a day or 2 at the most. I didn't email them about anything though, just sent the PayPal payment.
