looking for software for mpc

I have the mpc editor.But when i use it to take sounds from my pc to the mpc i save them to disks and when i try to load them in my mpc 2000xl some will load but a lot of sounds the mpc will say skip.Is there a way to get these to work or is there a better software program out there to use to get my sounds from pc to mpc?

ok how do i save as a snd file.But i also saved the sounds with 8 characters or less meaning i guess the name of each sound will be 8 letters or less.And i still get the cant find error on my mpc and it says skip or all skip.The sounds are also 16 bit too.Everything is done right but its still not working.
