Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

heres my situation:
i have a mpc2000xl, roland fantom, yamaha motif rack and a roland va2400 mtr.
i have the mpc midi in to fantom midi out and mpc midi out to fantom midi in. motif midi in to fantom midi thru. motif audio outs to fantom audio in.
my MTR has 8 audio ins. i got the fantom audio in to MTR audio in.
my mpc has the 8 outs. so i got mpc out 1 to MTR in 1 etc all the way in/oout 6 cuz in 7 & 8 i have the inputs from the fantom.

heres my problem:
my speakers are not working so im using headphones. when i have my headphones hook on the mtr i cannot hear any sounds from mpc, fantom or motif.
when i put my headphones i can hear the sounds from the mpc and fantom but when i switch Tr: to MIDI i cannot hear the mpcs metronome.
when i hook my headphones on the fantom i can hear the sounds from the fantom but i cannot hear the sounds coming from the mpc.
also i want to play the motif rack sounds from the fantom but i cant seem to get workin.

heres what i need help in:
1. i want to have my mpc as the master sequencer and fantom as slave with also the motif as a slave being controlled by the fantom (if theres any internal settings i should do in the fantom or motif rack i should know of)
2. i want to hear everything when i have my headphones hooked on the MTR

if someones can help me i would really appreciate it
thanks

sounds like you got more gear than sense.

triton midi out to mpc midi in A

mpc midi out A to triton midi in

mpc midi out B to motif rack midi in

connect every audio output to the roland va2400 mtr., so you can hear a mix of everything, the mpc's metronome come out from the stereo outs, not the 8 outs, so thats why your prolly not hearing it.

the rest youll have to work out for yourself, cause im to lazy to type, and its the best way to learn thru self exploration.
