if i have the 8 outs do i still need to plug in the main stereo outs to a mixer or can i do it wit just the 8 outs?
You can plug both, 8 outs and main and get 10 outs.
You'd route pads in mixer to 8outs, and other pads hard right or hard left in mixer out to main outs. Or you can just stay with the 8 outs OR the main, it's your choice...
