Hi guys! I'm trying to install this one card reader from PSI http://www.psism.com/psiiic.htm . My OS is 1.20. But strange, MPC doesn't see it even if I put CF to it. Jumper is set for pins 2-3, that means Master. This card-reader has mark ATA IDE-7... (not ATAPI as should for Akai)
.
By Part Number R312XX00I50XBH03R I found another specification http://www.jactron.co.uk/read-write-units-industrial-grade/ide-read-write-units-35inch-drive-bay/apro-standard-35inch-40pin-ide-to-compactflash-x1-read-write-unit/ , and there's nothing said about ATAPI. And image on this site is reader what I have, unlike of image on PSI site.
Before I tried this one reader http://store.compuapps.com/idecfflcare.html , it wasn't able to write an if Format menu MPC showed its name and Vendor with swapped pairs of letters.
So I can't understand, is it problem of my MPC or is it mistake of PSI (is it reader actually not compatible with MPC 200 xl)? (I'd like to underline that images on PSI is not corresponds with card-reader that they've sent me.
Thank you in advance!
Best regards, Eugene.[/url]
